Sales Representative

Empire Home Enhancements is seeking driven and motivated Sales Representatives to join our growing team based in Gawler, South Australia. This is a full-time hour, casual position suited to individuals who are confident, results-driven, and thrive in a performance-based environment. You’ll be representing our brand face-to-face, engaging with homeowners, identifying their needs, and converting opportunities into sales. If you’re hungry to earn, enjoy working independently, and want to be rewarded for your effort, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Promotional Representatives

  • Set clear expectations and drive team performance towards monthly targets

  • Build strong rapport with customers and represent the business to a high standard

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups

  • Work closely with your sales manager to achieve and exceed weekly and monthly targets

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and people skills

  • Confident, self-motivated, and results-driven

  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively

  • High energy and resilience in a face-to-face sales environment

  • Ability to build rapport quickly with a wide range of customers

  • Willingness to travel fortnightly (6 nights, non-negotiable)

  • Must be an Australian citizen with full working rights

  • Australian drivers license and reliable car for interstate driving

  • Sales experience is not essential - full training is provided for the right candidate.
