Team Leader

Empire Home Enhancements is seeking an experienced and driven promotional representative Team Leader to lead, develop, and manage our growing PR team based in South Australia. This role is ideal for a strong leader who can motivate a team, drive performance, and lead from the front. You will be responsible for ensuring your team consistently meets targets while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Promotional Representatives

  • Set clear expectations and drive team performance towards monthly targets

  • Conduct ongoing training, coaching, and field support

  • Monitor individual and team KPIs, providing feedback and accountability

  • Maintain a strong team culture focused on performance and professionalism

  • Work closely with management to improve systems and results
